Answer these questions in a text box on your weebly or write a reflection on your own.
1. How would you rate Google Scholar? Why give it this rating?
2. Are you finding it easier to use Student Info Track after exploring the last few days? If not, why? If so, what do you think is useful about the Info Track system?
3, What did you think of the text to speech feature on vozme? If you are an audible learner, do you appreciate having the text read to you? If you are not an audible learner, how would you rate vozme? Do you think it could be improved? If so, how?
4. How do you perceive yourself as a student researcher? Do you feel more comfortable doing research on your own now that you've had some experience with the MeL.org and Google Scholar? Do you think you could conduct research on a topic on your own if you were given the opportunity?
Next you will use the CARRDSS System for evaluating the resources you have found in Google Scholar and Mel.org's Student Info Track OR if you would like to use the list of Hoax websites from Quest 3: Website Evaluation "Additional Resources" a link to the document is provided below.
Using the link from 21 Things, download the CARRDSS form and save it to your H:Drive. (It is also saved as a pdf in the button below.)

*If saving it as a Word doc doesn't work for you, you may print out the form and complete it with paper/pen/pencil.
Now, use the questions on the CARRDSS template and evaluate two of your websites, articles, podcasts or wikis. Upload your completed form to your website or hand it in to the teacher.
